Welcome to Tobyo ("Company", "We", "Our"). These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including any content or features provided on or through our website and mobile application ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our Services.
2. Services Provided
Tobyo offers laundry and dry cleaning services with a delivery period of up to 24 hours, including pickup and delivery services. We also offer subscription services that allow customers to pay a fixed amount for a certain number of laundry services per month ("Subscription Service"). The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.
3. Service Availability
Our Services are available in specific areas within Saudi Arabia. Please set your location in the mobile app to check the availability for your area.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order through our platform is an offer to use our Services. Orders are subject to the Company’s acceptance, and we reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.
5. Pricing
The prices for our Services, including subscription plans, are listed on our platform. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Customers should review the pricing list periodically.
6. Payment
Payment is due upon placing an order for one-time services or at the beginning of each billing cycle for subscription services. We accept various electronic payment methods.
7. Laundry Subscription Service
Subscribers can use a certain number of laundry services per month for a fixed fee. Unused services cannot be carried over to the next month. Subscribers can cancel their subscription before the start of a new billing cycle.
8. Subscription Cancellation
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through the app.
9. Refunds
Refund Policy: Refunds for any reason such as damage, loss, or cancellation will be credited to the customer’s wallet within the app only. Refunds are processed according to our refund policy.
10. Promotional Offers
We may offer promotional deals from time to time. These offers are subject to specific terms announced at the time of the offer. Promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers except in specific cases.
11. Pickup and Delivery
Our Services include pickup and delivery in specified areas. The customer is responsible for providing accurate information. Tobyo is not responsible for any delays or issues resulting from incorrect information.
12. Item Count and Sorting
Customers are responsible for checking the number of items at pickup and delivery. Any discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
13. Damaged Items
In case of complete damage to an item (unusable or color change), compensation will be ten times the cost of its cleaning, provided that it is reported within 24 hours.
14. Lost Items
In case of a lost item, compensation will be ten times the cost of its cleaning, subject to verification of the loss. Claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt.
15. Limitation of Liability
Tobyo’s liability for any claims arising from the use of our Services is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect damages.
16. Service Type Requirements
The appropriate service type for laundry must be selected. Tobyo’s team will notify if there is a "best effort" error, but we will not be fully responsible for choosing an inappropriate service.
17. Privacy Policy
Your use of our Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Disputes will be resolved according to the applicable regulations.
19. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.
