This section outlines how to access and use the Tobyo app and website safely.

1- Using the App/Website and Access

1.1 We may occasionally perform maintenance on the app/website, which may result in temporary outages.

1.2 We do not guarantee that the app/website will be free of outages or errors, nor do we guarantee that all defects will be corrected immediately.

1.3 You may use the app/website to browse services and products, manage your personal account, and request laundry services, but you may not use it for any unauthorized purposes.

1.4 You must keep your email/username and password confidential and not share them with anyone else to ensure the security of your account.

1.5 A single user is not permitted to have more than one account on the app.

1.6 If it is discovered that a user has more than one account, Tobyo reserves the right to suspend the accounts and stop any associated transactions.

1.7 If any type of fraud is suspected, Tobyo reserves the right to suspend the relevant account and cancel any suspicious transactions.

2 - App/Website Content

2.1 We may update the content of the app/website from time to time, and the content may change without prior notice. Although we strive to maintain the accuracy of information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content at all times.

2.2 We do not guarantee that the app/website or any content on it is free of errors or omissions.

2.3 You must ensure that your computer or any platform used to access the app/website is protected from viruses to ensure a secure experience.

3 - Service Request and Purchase Terms

These terms apply when making service requests or purchases through the app/website.

3.1 To place a service request via the app/website, you must be over 18 years old and the delivery and pickup areas must be within the areas designated by us. You must also have an acceptable payment method such as a credit card or Mada card.

3.2 Upon registration, you will create an account with a mobile number and receive a verification code via SMS to use for logging in and requesting services. You must keep your username and verification code confidential and not share them with any third party. You are responsible for all activities and transactions conducted through your account.

3.3 Tobyo reserves the right to suspend any accounts associated with fraudulent activities or misuse of services.
